Things went beyond expectations. K1 was granted in 2005, but relationship failed.

That was when the PDF was a 4 page form, each page had a different notation at the bottom of the page.

Since then USCIS has simplified the form to just a single page, only one each needed, one from Petitioner, One from benificiary.

Since you are just stating this process, I highly recommend Joining, Studying, and asking questions here: http://candleforlove.com

Search that site, or ask over there about "Front Loading"

There is nothing that the Guangzhou consulate like better to do than to hand out denials like candy to K-1 cases, especially for "Non-Bonafide relationship" Front-loading the petition can mean the difference between Pink, and White at the interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
