Oh my god, guys!! I checked the VSC list again this morning and my jaw dropped lol. I'm curious. How is everyone able to get this info? How do you find out the number of petitions processed? I'm a K-1 filed late last week through the TSC.

You can filter by service center and adjust the number of results per page at the bottom.

Btw, TSC isn't your service center - that's just the place everyone sends their petition initially. It's where it is then routed - CSC or VSC - that is your service center.

Ahh, okay. Thanks for the clarification. Any idea how I'll know which service center mine will be sent to? As you can see, I'm still waiting on my NOA1 hardcopy. Will the hardcopy tell me which one it's being routed to when I receive it?

For me it was mentioned in the e-notification:

Dear Applicant/Petitioner:

Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the Vermont Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number... etc etc etc

Got anything that looks like that yet? Otherwise, you ought to be able to predict what service center it'll head to based on the state you live in - see TwoCats' response in this thread.

Ahh, okay. Yep. I missed it in the email. My case is at the CSC. Is that good, bad, or neither?

Generally speaking, at this point in time, CSC is the place to be. They're getting to petitions more or less within the 5 month time frame, whereas VSC have lapsed to 6/7.

Having said that, VSC have had two rather superb weeks of late, and look perhaps on track to catch up. So there's every chance that in five months time, both CSC and VSC will be working on April filers.

Right on! I got my NOA1 hardcopy in the mail today. It may have come yesterday, but I wasn't home. According to my timeline, NOA2 could come somewhere around Sept 20th. That would be awesome since I plan on being in Manila during almost the whole month of October for our baby's birth. And, if she has her interview and passes I'll have the privilege of accompaning her to the States.:dancing:

Everything seems in order. It is possible that you could be with her when it is interview time. That is exciting that you are expecting a baby!!

I do have one question though... from everything that I have read, you have to be able to show that you have met in person at least twice. What are you doing about this regulation?

I think you might be getting your wires crossed - it's met at least once in the last two years, isn't it?

Thank you. We're both excited. Even though our angel isn't due to arrive until October, I bought a car seat/stroller combo tonight. :D

From the USCIS Fiance(e) Visa website:

Eligibility Requirements

If you petition for a fiancé(e) visa, you must show that:

You (the petitioner) are a U.S. citizen.

You intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States.

You and your fiancé(e) are both free to marry and any previous marriages must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.

You met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition. There are two exceptions that require a waiver:

1. If the requirement to meet would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice.

2. If you prove that the requirement to meet would result in extreme hardship to you.

I just looked at my copy of the packet I sent to USCIS and noticed that my fiance's G-325A is signed by not dated. Do you guys think we're going to get an RFE? Should I send in a signed and dated G-325A or wait for an RFE? I am so upset :(:(:(
