Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 7, 2011 and January 12, 2011*.

I know this is rough estimate, but VJ is pretty accurate right? Should I expect my NOA2 to come this first two weeks of January?

The process times you see here are an average being reported by members (a small fraction of actual petitions being filed)... some of the dates entered by members are also not accurate (I've seen many NOA2s with reported with future dates). The process times can vary greatly from the averages seen here... both less and more. Hope for the best and good luck on your journey!

I would not expect anything when dealing with the "USCIS System". It is literaly a c@@@shoot! Some people get approved in 22 days, while it takes others years!!!! There is no real organization to this process. The standard deviation is huge. It realy does not make sence. I am not sure why.

Good Luck to us all.

No that is only when someone will look at your petition. The NOA2 can come about two weeks to two months or more after those dates. Relax.

You would not want to expect too much of those time estimates. Just hang in there.
