Thanks... Well it turned out it was lost SINCE Friday, Feb. 4, It was lost/dropped in Subway close to my job where i go once a week or so. I decided I wanted subway today. While leaving the guy outside on his smoke break told me that they found my IDs. Since I had called USCIS prior and they told me that I had to pay $450.00 to get another one and had no choice it seemed.

***** My check was cashed on 2/7/11 and today i was notified that they mailed me the notice to do the biometrics.. took them 5 days not bad. good.gif

I have no touches or updates after biometrics. Wanted to check if someone else here is on the same boat or if this has any negative implications. I got FP notice on 1/19/2011 (There was a touch then saying a Fingerprint notice have been mailed). The actual FP date was 02/03/2011 and I went in and it was a weird looking guy who I'm not sure he was very happy to see me LOL.

He did FP and took photo. But I had no touches or updates on 02/03 when I had FP done. I am worried he may not have submitted/transmitted the information electronically and it may appear I never showed up for FP. Has this happened to anyone or is this normal to not get touches a week after your biometrics ?

02/01/2016 - B-2 Visa declined

03/05/2016 - B-2 Visa reapplied

03/18/2016 - B-2 Visa declined

Did he have his F.P appointment letter stamped by the staff to say he done his F.P? if so then that's proof that he did attend.

I did my FP 02/02/11 and ive heard nothing, but was'nt really thinking i would for at least several wks..,..It takes time for the FBI to send results bk to the uscis,.

Nothing to stress about you be fine..:thumbs:

No touches have to me made on the case because the case isn't touched by uscis the testing is done and then sent to the FBI/other agencies. The case is Normally transferred to he Local office above 30-45 days after the biometrics. Also as Nigel mentioned the Stamp serves as proof.

I'm not sure when the payment was cashed. I sent money order. Should be between Jan 13th and Jan 17th. My local office is Atlanta. Filing Location Lewsiville Texas.
