Hi everybody

1. I am sure i will need a co-sponsor for my fiance visa, and my co-sponsor will be my brother. He has a kid and a wife, and he will be supporting me and my fiance. He owns a house. Also, i work too, but i don't make as much money because im still in college, so we will for sure need a co-sponsor. How do i know how much money my brother needs to make in order to support us?I don't get that 125% poverty // As i understood, i think that one I-134 needs to be filled by me.. and one by my brother? Do they need to be signed?

2. My fiance ( overseas) is gathering his documents now, what documents do i need along with the I-134? proof? How do i obtain my brothers tax transcripts?

3. I will be visiting my fiance overseas, i have a flight this monday //what else do i need from here? except the stuff like what i have already sent?

I would appreciate your help .

You don't get your brothers tax transcripts, he gets his own. He calls the IRS and asks for them.

Of course you need proof with I-134 you need your tax transcripts as well. Pay stubs etc, its all in the guides.

I-864 poverty guidelines PDF on USCIS website tells you what you need to make. For a family of 2 people its 18,212$ if you make more than that then you don't need a co-sponsor.

Your brothers house hold is 3 + your fiance = 4. $27,562 If you are included then the house is 5, $32,237 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Of course the 134s need to be signed as does all the forms!
