Impatience breeds pro-activity I suppose! By the grace off the gods and all that is holy, we were approved quickly at USCIS and are trying to stay ahead of the curve now. Hahaha, still no NVC number, but made my usual call yesterday to the AVR and I think I punched a wrong digit in the beginning............maybe for Haiti relief?

Anyhoo, almost immediately an operator answered and i sputtered a little as i was surprised. So I apologized for mis-dialing and she said "it's OK, whats your cis number?" I gave her the number and she said "we have it and are not done entering it yet, you should receive something from us in 4-6 weeks" I laughed and said that we were being proactive and already had our forms done and were only waiting for the number. She laughed and wished us luck and wished us "Happy Holidays" and she was actually friendly! I was shocked.

Anyway, DS-3032's and DS-230's are printed, signed and in the capable hands of DHL on the from Mongolia at the moment. I will have them in hand Monday. Also my wonderful wife got all the original or certified docs ready and the passport photos taken! All are in the express package! My I-864 and the I-864A of my co-sponsor were done prior to the I-130 filing..........All is ready!

C'mon Santa, give us our number for Christmas! I've been a good little boyinnocent.gif!

See bold above. The affidavits of support and supporting documentation should be as current as possible. If anything is dated some months ago, I would replace it with current documentation and signature dates.
