Case Number Invalid!!!

It so sad that after US Embassy gave us the Letter (Packet 3 received DEC 8 2010, dated Dec 3. 2010) telling us that we can make schedule by paying BPI and take the Medical exam (Passed Dec 14, 2010) ...now we can't make my appointment interview because the call center and the online appointment system said that our CASE NUMBER IS INVALID! Am I do only one experiencing this? What is the best thing to do now? Called the call center 6 times and told us that our case is escalated and they will call us back but until now nothing is happening. All I need now is that schedule...I'm so ready right now for interview...but the problem is the interview date is not ready for me!!! :wacko:

i got the same message today Case Type Number is not valid.'i guess my payment was was in. i paid yesterday afternoon & tried scheduling. it says its valid for 2 days so i guess i thought i gotta wait for 2 days but luckily, my payment kinda went trough today. i still havent received the embassy letter nor the NVC letter hope to get it before weekend so i can start scheduling

Welcome to the club. i paid on the 6th, spoke to Embassy on the 8th and said they sent us a letter asking for her to call before they sent her the appointment letter. Nothing was wrong and she was told that this is the normal procedure. file sent over immediatly and can schedule 2 days later. It has been 9 days and still cannot. My case was expedited twice and embassy was emailed twice from the call center. Todayn I was supposed to call and get the embassys reply which I am sure hasnt been given. I', pretty PO'd right now.

November 2009- Met online

May 13,2010- Visited in Cebu, Philippines

July 01, 2010 I-129f mailed to Cali

July 06,2010- USCIS confirmed delivery

July 12,2010- NOA-1

July 21,2010- file touched

Nov. 19,2010- NOA2 Approved!!!!

Nov. 24, 2010- NVC received

Nov. 30,2010- Hardcopy recieved in mail

Nov. 30, 2010-case number received from NVC via phone

case forwarded to Manilla

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI

Dec. 07,2010-Embassy recieved

Dec. 28, 2010- Appt. finally scheduled

Jan. 11,2011- Medical exam

Jan. 18,2011- Interview APPROVED!!!

Jan. 19,2011- Visa printed

Jan. 22, 2011- Visa delivered

Jan. 30, 2011- Guam

called again and told me to wait again for 3 days!!! they told me that 4 times already. why do they send mail and tell us to schedule and pay? we paid and when we schedule we cant because the don't have our case! what is the best thing to do? please help!

3 consecituve days , i have called. but their numbers are always busy :( it has been 10 days since case has left NVC

I happened to try again to log on this evening and Holy Batballs Robin, i'm in!!!

Warning!! Once you input the benificiaries information, continue thru until you have scheduled the appointment which is when you will get your UIC number. If not you won't be able to get back to schedule online. You will get a new error message of " visa payment reciept number has already been used. Contact the call center." They can give you your UIC but prepare to be on hold for 15 minutes while they access it.
