Hey guys, got an appointment with my GP tomorrow to bring him up to speed on whats going on with me.

I know im going to need certain vaccinations (i havent had HPV or flu jab) but I was wondering WHERE I can find an up to date list of the vaccinations I need. Are they country specific? I have looked on the London embassy's website but cant seem to find a list...

Also, with medical records, im wondering exactly what I need to take. Ive never had any serious medical issues, but I had my tonsils out when I was a kid, and i had a couple of tests for back problems about 4 years ago. The back thing is the one that im really wondering about as I know they want to know about any ongoing "illnesses". i dont take any medication, and im fine, although I never got the back thing sorted out fully - is this the kind of thing im going to need medical records for?

Also, slightly ahead of time but i know there is a question about surgerys on the form for the medical - is the tonsils something I need to list on there?

You can find a list of required vaccinations in this link. Just look for your particular age group as some are age specific.

Past illnesses are not as much a concern as current diseases, especially STDs and TB. At least this is what Claudia was told at her medical this week.
