Hello all,

I was doing some research, and I found that you have to submit a form to the Ombudsman, I will attach the link so that everyone has the appropriate form. It's another one of those that is a fill in and print.

This link will take you over to the form you need to use for any problems with your case. I found it, and wanted to share it with you all, since I'm one of the July filers that is caught in the CSC/TSC tornado.

Could be good help, if you havent recveived your NOA-2 and it's

after 180 days since your NOA-1 date. And long as you have complied

with #3 2nd note down your case being processed delays beyond

anticipated processing times and #4 made a infopass at the local

office to first discuss your problem. You must wait 14 days for

security mail reasons,plus 2 to 4 days or 18 days for a responce

back in writing. This info came from the DHS-7000 form if you didnt

know what the DHS-7000 said.

SO it could be useful if your past 180 days and havent heard from your

Service center in regards to your case approval.
