This letter means what it says it has been transferred to USCIS office for more processing. You will be notified if there are any issues or they need more evidence.

This is just your NOA1, where USCIS acknowledges receipt of your petition(s) and lets you know that further communication re. further instructions and/or processing will be forthcoming. In a couple of weeks, or so, you'll receive another such notice instructing you when and where to go have your fingerprints taken. From then on, you wait, for an interview notice, or RFE notice or approval letter(s). good luck.

I received my noa1 July 1 from California then transferred to Texas which a hard copy came in the mail for that transfer and then shortly after received that email as well but nothing ever came of it after like a month except maybe 4 new touches since Nov 29 lol. So i can't see that being the noa 1 cause i have noa1 from way back and also received that as an email update and no hard copy.

Hello

Its not a NOA-1 ...it a statement from USCIS that your case was transferred to the Texas Service Center to

continue being processed there. Its in inital process of your I-130 Form and they are currently working

on it. When they get to the next step they will notify for there decision or approval.

So since your NOA-1 was July 1 you should be at the 180 days the first week of Janaury. If your not

approved by January 10th I would suggest you contact the 800 number and inquire why you I-130 has not been

approved. But you could still be in processing and still completed inthe next 2 or 3 weeks yet also.

It is just a notification that it has been received.

My I-130 took over 1 year to process.

I was living in Australia while my hubby was in the states. He was the one who filed I-129 for Fiance (which i was stupid to send it to the wrong address, which would have only taken 6 months). He also filed I-130 at the same time as we were already married (got married in the states). I-130 is longer to process. We filed I-129 and I-130 September of 2004. My Visa got approved November of 2005. Of course I had to go through medical examination in Australia then send that back to the states. I think it took long because everything I was sending of what they need was coming from Australia.

You should be fine.
