expedite question???

i just got an rfe last week now , im mailing my supporting docs tomorrow,

am i allowed to request a expedite.. or in order to expedite my case

in nvc do i need a strong reason for expedite request..kindly please

someone answer my question? thanks for the info guys much appreciated

expeditions are not common unless the petitioner is in the military and deploying or for humanitarian reasons such as haitian petitioners

This is correct but it can't be just " any deployment " it has to be to an active combat zone.. even then sometimes they don't get the expedite.

I have seen some people on VJ get expedite because their wife/husband had a SERIOUS SERIOUS illness but they said it was very hard to get the expedite.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
