what if our noa2 is lost?

plain and simple,it has been approved for a month,but we have not received it.

fiance changed his address and even received a letter stating that change of address was approved and the new address is now on file,but still,we didnt receive anything from NVC or CSC.

we wont need any sort of hardcopy notification from NVC ( correct? ) but we all know how important noa 2 is.

he contacted CSC,and is waiting for them to get back at him,so while we are waiting,what if it is lost?what other options would we have?

You can apply for a new one , it cost a few hundred dollars. If you call and say that you never got the original , you could get lucky and they just send you a new one.

Call USCIS and when you get through to a human tell them that even though you filed an address change you have never received your notice of approval. Ask them to verify the mailing address they used. From there you may be able to get them to send a duplicate for free or they will tell you it will cost something like 300 to get a new one.
