Does anyone know how long a PCC from Kazakhstan and from Russia are good for. My wife is a Kazakh citizen but was born in Russia. How can she get these and how much does it cost?

Best thing I can recommend is check the US embassy web sites for those two nations. She may have been born in Russia but at what age did she settle in Kazakhistan? Only Certificates needed are from nations lived at from the age of 18 (or maybe it is 16, please correct if needed) and then only if the stay was longer than 6 months. Good luck.

You can get PCC in Russia for free. standart waiting time is 1 month but usually they do it faster depend on your wife past.

ROC...

05/04/2013 I-751 sent to CSC

05/06/2013 package delivered

05/13/2013 check cashed

05/15/2013 received NOA ( receipt date 05/06/2013)

05/17/2013 received biometrics letter
