On November, 29th we sent our I-751 with a check for $625 ( including extra $80 for my daughter's biometric) , today we looked at USCIS filing fees and found out that they updated their information and now the fee is $505 plus biometric. What are we supposed to do in this situation? Can we just send additional $40?

Application will probably be rejected due to incorrect fees.

If the fees aren't correct, they send everything back including the check. Just write a new check and return the same application stuff back with it. You don't have to start over on the forms and evidence.

The total as of Nov. 23 is $590.
