I am about to file to remove my conditions with a I-751. Do I need to actually send photos or can I just photocopy them.

Biometrics letter....................November 7/08

AOS sent to California.............................November 11/2008

Biometrics Appointment in York...............November 28/2008

AP Approved.............................................December 23/2008

AOS Pending...............................................January 23/2009

AOS Approved, card on order will receive in 3 weeks..............March 10/2009

We just made color photo copies of photos. Of course, we have not yet been approved, but since you do not need to send photos at all (they are good but secondary evidence), you shouldn't have a problem if you use photocopies.

An actual photo doesn't proof anything more than a printed version on paper. Perhaps the printing date on the back if dated around the time the picture was taken might make a difference although I doubt it.
