HELLO TO ALL MY VJ FRIENDS, I NEED YOUR AND MY ISSUE GOES THIS WAY, I SENT MY K1 PETITION TO THE CSC AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON 25 AUGUST 201, I NEVER HEARD HEARD FROM THEM, AND I LATER GOT TO KNOW THAT MY CHECK WAS CASHED NOVEMBER 17, AND I WAS GIVING A CASE NUMBER, WHEN I TRACKED IT ONLINE I ITS SAYS ITS ON INITIAL REVIEW, I CAN SEE A LOTS OF DELAY ON MY CASE,SO AM I AUGUST FILLER OR NOV FILLER?SINCE MY CHECK WAS CASHED IN NOVEMBER INSTEAD OF AUGUST? AND MY RECEIPT NUMBER IS BEARING THE DATE OF NOVEMBER,

if your recipt is november you are november.

take a look at your NOA1 if you got that already. on it you should be able to find out when is your NOA1 dated.

You mailed your application in August, but your check was cashed in November? That's a big gap in time. *Sorry... that's just how this story goes for most of us.* Either way, your NOA1 date will be the date you sould be using to measure approximate wait time. That is when your petition started being reviewed. Good luck.
