We received an NOA2 approval on Wednesday dated Nov 19th. Then today in the mail we received another exactly the same but the date is Nov 26th. The notice type is the same and the valid dates are the same. Anyone else have this happen? Is there anything we should do about it?

So are you saying that you got two NOA2 hardcopies with two different notice of action dates? If so, is the beneficiary Alien # the same?

If you are saying that you got two hard copy NOA2's with two different dates, then i would call NVC to see which is correct.

Your timeline says that your petiton was received by NVC on Nov 26th, so i am a little confused as to what you are asking.

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

Yes 2 NOA2 hard copies.....One dated Nov 19 that we received earlier this week then we received another one dated Nov 26th today. They are both exactly the same except the date in the Notice Date box. .....We also receive a letter from NVC the same day as the first hard copy came stating that they had received the approved application and they were going to forward it to Montreal, and our case number for Montreal is on the letter.

I don't really think it's even worth it to worry about, especially if EVERYTHING is the exact same except the notice date.
