good for you !!! you were able to do it !!!

good luck !!!!

have been trying my luck both online and call center....

obviously, im still unsuccessful......

tried online again but cant proceed from page one, because at the bottom page it says:

1. please check the date of issue of fee recipt. It is valid 2 working days up to one year from date of issue

2. are you entering details fo the fee receipt issued in your name

3. if the data is rightly captured and unable to create a new appointment select "exit" button and contact our help line for further info.

getting frustrated !!!! but i know it will come.....

will try both again online and call....

i just hope i did not mess up with the online booking!!!!

help!!!!!

The only time I received that message was when I was entering other info incorrect. There are several things they ask for.

Passport number of the beneficiary

MNL number

Payment date

Birth date

then password

and the encryption code

Check this, you want to get to the point where every time you enter, you get the message, Case Type invalid

Marc...Congratz on scheduling the interview!

And thanks for the info about the medical exam not being required before an appointment is booked.

Enjoy your trip...and good luck with your stepdaughter's interview. :star:

PS...The formatting is fine.

Tahoma & Markieboy,

Many people have provided bits of information that helped us get this far, but the two of you were instrumental to our success.

I cannot begin to thank both of you for all your help and support in this confusing process.

Tahoma you really are providing a great service to so many.

Kudos to you both! And a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

God bless you all!

The scheduling process is tricky, I'm a little pissed at myself for not taking notes as I went through it.

After countless attempts to log-in over so many days I was taken off guard when I got in, just wasn't expecting it.

I do have a copy of a post someone else posted giving a lot of detail about the scheduling process. (don't remember who they were, but God bless them)

We will try to add to that what we recall of the process. I've already cut and pasted it in a couple places, but if

anyone wants a copy just message me and I am happy to share any info I have.

Good luck to you all, you're in our thoughts always.

You are all very welcome! I (and I'm sure, Tahoma) are more than happy helping are kababayan. Yes, it is a confusing process, and any advice/help that we can give to make it smoother...we will. Visajourney has been a HUGE help to me and my wife, so it's only fitting that we return the favor.

I hope you all get your interviews soon! You will all be in our thoughts and prayers!
