Hi everyone.

Just wanted some thoughts on whether you guys think this is enough information to send for proof and validity of our marriage. Also, my wife just had our baby in Indonesia but I am filing from home. I only have a copy of the i-751 that has her signature on it. Do you think this will be a problem?

Here is what I have:

• Copy of Nina’s Permanent Resident Card with A# xxxxxxxxx

• Two affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, regarding our relationship.

• Copy of the married filing joint tax return for tax years 2008 and 2009

• Copy of recorded Grant Deed for our home at xxxxxxxxxx

• Copy of Good Faith Estimate during our loan process for home.

• Copy of Certificate of Title for our vehicle stating both our names as joint ownership.

• Copies of various car insurance notices.

• Copy of our bank statements showing a joint account for Citibank.

• Copy of voided Check showing both names on check.

• Copy of bank statement for Golden1 Credit Union showing used car loan in both names.

• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.

• Copy of health insurance statement show William as subscriber and Nina as Patient.

• Copy of various health care history for Nina regarding birth of our daughter

• Copy of signed document to doctor stating William’s permission for wife, Nina to have tubes tied after birth of daughter.

• Copy of Large purchase receipt of baby crib in preparation for daughter.

• Copy of electricity bills showing our address and joint account

• A copy of our airline reservations for a vacation in Bali in December, 2008 with Nina, William and Nina’s father.

• Copy of tour itinerary for vacation to Hong Kong in July, 2010.

When does her GC expire? And when do you both plan to return from Indonesia? Although it is best to file as early as possible within the 90-day window, it is okay to file any time before it expires.

It's a timing issue. My wife had to go to indonesia in October because she was having our baby over there and had to fly early. Window to file started in November. Green card expires at the end of January. Baby can't fly right away in January. We are having a trusted friend turn in our packet in a few weeks because that way a rough estimate to do biometrics will be after January. My wife plans to come to USA for 1 week in january to do the biometrics early and before green card expires and then go back to Indo to be with the baby again who will of course be staying there. Of course USCIS doesn't care about extreme circumstances like this because noone's life is in danger. Ehhh.

You might wanna order transcripts of your 2008 en 2009 tax returns rather than sending them a copy of what you have filed with the IRS unless those returns are ($50+) copies printed by the IRS. If not, just go to irs.gov and order some free transripts of your returns. USCIS I-751 intructions don't mention this but copies without IRS signature are not worth much to them.

Okay, I'll include them. I didn't think about it but I have them already. Thx
