Hi, I need to send my papers and I know that I need our lease as a proof, but we just moved out and we are living with my mother in law and the lease is in her name. We payed her half but how we can prove it?? Also I would like to know about the 2 photos that I need, that has to be passport pictures or 2 photos of me and my husband?

An affidavit from your MIL might do the trick.

ask your mother in law to write you a recipt, you need two passport photos 2by two, write on the back in pencil lighty your name and your alien reistration number ... the 590 i don't know what visa you are talking about,

I don't remember having to send two passport style photos for I-751 - isn't that provision for people overseas (mil orders) and not the ones in the US?.

So I will just need a recipt from my MIL. I just check and to remove the condition on my green card costs 590.

You might want to include a copy of your lease agreement as well as an affidavit from your mother-in-law. That will show common residence for the previous year or two, however long you lived in the place you've just moved out of.

You do not need passport-style photos if you live in the US. Check the instructions form for the I-751.

Ok, thanks for your help, I just checked and I do not need the pictures. I was trying to contact someone that helped me 2 years ago with all the paperwork, but I can get in touch so I think I will send by my own.
