I-864 question DCF manila

I am DCF through manila. I got my packet 3 which listed what I needed to have as far as income requirements. It listed only the 864 and my income tax copies.

Someone else recently posted a link with a list of requirements and it also listed a notarized letter from your employer stating salary. It was unclear to me fromthe list whether this was just an option or a requirement. Do I need to have such a letter when my wife goes for her interview with the i-864?? or is the i-864 form and tax returns enough?

As you are filing DCF and have been residing in the PI the employer letter or other verification of current and continuing income would be a good idea. Better to have it and not be asked than get an RFE and the accompanying delay while you obtain that info.
