So as you see from my timeline I did my biometrics in Sep17th... and since then I never heard from the USCIS.... I called them twice and the lady who answered me does not see that I already did my biometrics as when I talked to her she told me they still waiting for my REF... I told her I already did long time ago....When I did a profile for my case on the USCIS website I checked the processing times for my local office it says they are processing cases with NOA date of Sep 30th... and it also says in the same page if your case NOA is earlier than that date you should contact them... but when I contact them they give me that answer of 5 months processing time... What should I do??? Is it possible that they may lost my biometrics??? otherwise why it does not show in their system that I had it done!

You can do an info-pass appointment and they shoould be able to help you. You can get it at USCIS website. good luck

Your original biometrics letter should be stamped and given back to you, do you have it as proof?

Yes I have the biometric letter stamped as a proof I had it done... should I have it mailed or faxed to them.

Don't fax or mail anything. As mentioned before, schedule an infopass and take that document with you. You need the original to prove your point. Don't leave it at your appointment though. Make a copy.

I agree with others. Make an infopass appointment for your local office and take the biometrics letter that has been stamped as proof of your attendance fro biometrics with you.

I tried to schedule an info pass but when I choose I am scheduling for an already filed application it gives me 4 options and none of it applies to me... Can I call to schedule an info pass or how it works?? I am gonna call USCIS this evening and see what they gonna say!

Or Call the F.B.I hotline. and ask them if ur Fingerprint result was sent back to USCIS. in that way u will get a peace of mind if was Sent. or as others said, go to www.uscis.gov and then choose "You need information or other services" and print ur appointment letter and make a copy, as a proof that u contacted them regarding ur case!.. and make sure when u go to ur appointment get the Name of the officer u going to talk too,

If i am missing something then its my fault and wait for better answer.

But I did go to USCIS.gov and I got an info pass and I chose that choice you told me. THANK You sooo much... I have an info pass appointement at December 17th... If I can call the F.B.I what is their phone number? it's even a possibility to call them.. It's kinda scary for me to call them.

Hi, and good for getting ur Info pass. about FBI hotline number u calling FBI on a different section just for fingerprinting things lol. if u search here u will find hunderds of people have done this before. all what u need to ask,

I just called the FBI and she said to me that it was processed and sent back to the USCIS

I guess that means they are just still processing my case I hope to hear something soon

One other thing to reassure you - the person you talk to when you call the 1-800 information number is not an immigration official - they are a call center employee who answers phones based upon a script. They do not have access to the full immigration computer screens - and from my understanding they can see only the same degree of information that you can see if you have set up an email notification account on the USCIS website. So, if the website has not been updated to state that your biometrics have been received and processing has resumed, they will not know anything more than what is on the website.

When I went through Naturalization, the USCIS website status update never changed at all. The last entry was 'application received'. All the way through the process it was application received. When I got my interview, it was 'application received'. When I took my citizenship oath, it was 'application received'. When I last checked the site several months after I had become a US citizen, the website status update still said 'application received'.

So, from your timeline I would expect you to receive your interview notice any day now. Good luck.
