We plan on going back to Alexandria Egypt for a visit in 2012. Looking forward to seeing his family again. His sister finally set up a yahoo acct so for christmas we did a video chat with her and saw our little 2 1/2 yr old nephew. Hes soooo cute! I was making deviled eggs and Adam set the camera up for her to see what ingredients and how I made it. I got a really great family in laws! Love them!

I dont know how I survived today. It was horrible at work! I'm off for 2 days and going to relax and do some things around here tomorrow then celebrate my neices 5th birthday on Tuesday.

Adam bought me a keyboard for Christmas. I used to play the piano and kinda stopped after my dad died. It feels good to play again! For his gifts, I wish I took pictures of him bcz he was like a kid in a candy store! It was a great day for christmas with all the family over. I'm ready for the New Year party now!

Hi everyone, Happy Monday to all :D I hope you can help us with a question. We are waiting for our NOA2, we just got an update from the Senator's office that our case is going through security checks n on queue for an appointment. So our question is, does any one know who long does the security checks takes? Any ideas or comments would help?

Happy Monday MENA!!! I've been away for the moment.. Habibi and I have an roc interview on 01/20/11 at 12:00 :angry: I pray to God they approve us.. as I stated, I don't do well with interviews.. they are even asking for stuff we already sent to them,what gives???? :blink: anyway I pray everyone had a great Christmas and 2011 is fastly approaching.. Hello to everyone :thumbs::thumbs:

Woooow yes a lot of us are going! I can't wait! You too have a safe trip! I havent booked my flight yet, but I am thinking of a direct flight out of JFK, anyone ever fly Egyptair before???

Hoping the weather clears in the NE, for when our flight dates come around. We don't need any delays or cancelations.

I have flown EgyptAir just once, cant complain it was alright. I think flying Alitalia has been my best experience.

I just booked my flight today and I have always flown Delta direct from JFK. I do the same for the return, except last time I flew Air France and had a layover in Paris, and I have to say it was one of the worst travel experience I've had, I will never do that again!

When I went to Morocco 4 years ago, I flew Air France and I agree with the worst travel experience! I will not travel Air france ever or go thru Paris if i can help it!!

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a wonderful xmas and has an amazing news years. Our two year anniversary was a few days ago and we went on a mini vacation to celebrate. Time sure flies......I cant believe that its almost 2011 in a few days!! I see lots of people from here are going to Egypt. How exciting!! I miss Egypt and hope to go isa this summer. I know lots of people have asked this question already, but has anyone heard anything from Olivia?? If anyone has her private email or another way I can get in touch with her I would really appreciate it. Please send me a PM if you have any info on her. Have a wonderful week everyone.

When I went to Morocco 4 years ago, I flew Air France and I agree with the worst travel experience! I will not travel Air france ever or go thru Paris if i can help it!!

I have always had really great experiences with Air France. I've traveled with them several times, most recently Philadelphia to Paris to Tunis and every flight was on time, I was over the baggage allowance and they let me go, and the service was great. The airport was a mess because of construction but the last trip through most of that had been resolved and things seemed to be orderly to me. I called them recently to ask some questions regarding travel with an infant and they were super nice and helpful on the phone. It didn't even take a miracle of God to get an actual live person on the phone either.

I've had a rotten horrible experience with Alitalia and I'll never fly with them again. Severely delayed flights, 12 + hours stuck in Milan because their late flight made me miss my connection, etc.

I've found Lufthansa to be much the same as Air France.
