Look up I 601 etc. It is certainly not impossible, comparable to an English Comprehension exam. Just need to do your homework, or employ someone who has.

Thank you both. Yep, worst day of my life.

I get the impression you have a good grip of what you need to do and I see you have the expedite in as well.

I now the medical situation is not positive, but hopefully it will assist in a smooth passage of the waiver.

I concur with you, it is not dis-similar to an english comprehension exam. the research isnt, but certainly formatting has to be correct.

You cant babble on about how your spouse needs your help because of an ilness then in the next sentence say how much you love doing the gardening! Its all in the formatting. the HSL is vital. Period.

@Richi-Although I can't relate to your situation I can relate to your feelings you are going through. When my husband(fiance then) was denied his 1st K1 I could not lift myself up, I cried for days...to think 1 Consulate Officer could decide our fate. Thankfully I pulled myself together. I am sure you can overcome this. Although today seems distant tomorrow is closer. May you hear positive news soon (F)

I overstayed yesterday!! I was supposed to be back on Wednesday...came back Thursday..cuz of snow and driving conditions!!

well luckily for me... no I-94 and technically once they let me in on a visitor's visa I got up to 6 months.

Richi, keep your head up, keep your mouth shut and do what you need to do.

That's why I havent' been around lately...got my NVC approval..it's a slippery slope after that.
