Hey guys! I just downloaded the latest I-134 from the USCIS site and was following the accomplished example form here on VJ. There's this new line that I really have no clue what to put. For those who have already submitted their I-134, can you please clarify what you're supposed to put here? Please see the photo below.

(It's the blank field right before the signature part)

It seems like a form error. When you put the cursor over that spot it tells you to "Enter Relationship." But the surrounding text does not refer to any relational information.

Looking at the previous version it is just a blank space. I'd leave it blank.

I noticed the same thing. I also couldn't type in the relationship 1st line for my child. I didn't put anything. I think it's a mistake.

Met online : August 18 2008

Met in person (Alberta Canada): June 19,2009

Met again (USA): December 10,2009

Mailed the package: June 30,2010

NOA1: July 8,2010

Interview Date: January 5, 2011 Vancouver

Approved February 8, 2011

Entered USA February 15, 2011

Married March 23, 2011
