It's not a matter of me reading my 'own' thread, dear. It's a matter of taking people aback when you make remarks that a lot of us will NOT appreciate, whether you "meant" harm, ill fortune, or not, just don't say it! It's rude. Hence the phrase tasteless joke. And when we're in a paticularly sensitive and awkward situation as it is, these kind of comments, however innocent they are intended to be, are not going to be met with chuckles from me, or anyone else who's just had a bomb dropped on them like this.

Now, I have nor the time or interest in arguing about it. JenT had it right when she said to move on. Which is exactly what I am going to do.

I have to agree, He did not single anyone out, he made a general statement and was trying to be light-hearted about it, people lashing out at him have no reason to, if you dont see the humor click on the next thread and move on, no reason to rain on his parade, just like you dont want your parade to be rained on dont do it to someone else.

As for the people that did break up, sorry that happened, but if you did happen to get an approval, y'all need to think about why you were both together and what you were trying to accomplish. Sometimes a step back is necessary to realize this, y'all know the saying, "i cant see the damb forest all the trees are in the way." Y'all still got time to get back together, like Nike says: "Just Do It!!!"

we have just talked with eachother. since i saw two couples were approved and they broke upi sametime. so i guess we would break-up so that we could get approved. no offense for real people.just joking

Yes, he did mention them. And I hardly think there's ANY humor in the fact she & her fiance broke up. Now let this stupid cruel thread rest & let them deal with their lives with some peace.
