G-325A Biog question... missing info

Hi - We got the NOA1 in October - but now browsing at the information of the 129F application and files - I notice something that needs correction on my fiance's G325-A Biographical form - at the top for Citizenship/Nationality - he put Norwegian instead of Norway - Will this make a difference?

Also, I noticed of mine (same form G325-A) about my divorce information I gave the date of the divorce but when I typed it on the form there was not enough spaces to type down "where" and I forgot to hand print in that tiny space - I did send a copy of my divorce which does tell the "where" but I would imagine they would probably still give RFE's for the above.

My question is: Is it possible to do the 2 G325-A's with the corrected/missing data and send in to the Vermont Office with our NOA1 number and be added to our file? Eliminating waiting for them to send me/us a RFE on them? Is this at all possible or do we have to wait for the RFE?

Thank you, I hope everyone stateside has a Happy Thanksgiving :)

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

No. His COUNTRY is Norway, his nationality/citizenship is Norwegian. My citizenship is Australian, not Australia. My husband (the USC) is American, not United States of America...

Doubt it's an issue. The section is to make sure you were "free to marry" at the time of filing the petition. If you get an RFE for either of these they're being REALLY pedantic.. esp as you included the divorce decree.

No. What you send will NEVER reach your file. You have to wait until you get an RFE... IF you get an RFE.

Nothing you mention needs to be changed. For one thing. it is not necessary to repat information given on the I-129f, which you did for you divorce. Norway or Norwegian makes no difference.

Anything sent to them now would be promptly LOST. Once sent, never send anything else unless you get an RFE with a specific envelope and return form. The items you mention are not a problem.

Just a technical disagreement, America is not a country. the United States of America is a country. America is a continent, two actualy One north, One south.

Note (the USC) stands for United States Citizen. It is used wrong so often that American is generally accepted to mean of the United States, especially by us" Americans":)
