Hello, I dont know what to do. I have received a letter today explaining that:

Notice type: Transfer notice

Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at: (locally in my city)

THat office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. Any further inquiries should be made to that office.

Everyone im freaking out here, i dont know exactly what is going to happen. Is this some type of AP situation? Is this going to take a long time. I was trying to find information on it but was unsuccessful at finding alot of information. Please respond. THank you. :crying:

It sounds like the USC will be interviewed locally before they send your application on. This can happen sometimes. Someone will come along who has more experience/knowledge on this and respond in more detail, I am sure :)

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

What is the date of your NOA1??

When did you file? Sometimes they want interview with petitioner, mostly in the cases when beneficiary was/is undo removing proceeding or when they have doubts about relationships-safety/short time between divorce and new marriage, restriction order from ex wife. This is what i heard here before.

ROC...

05/04/2013 I-751 sent to CSC

05/06/2013 package delivered

05/13/2013 check cashed

05/15/2013 received NOA ( receipt date 05/06/2013)

05/17/2013 received biometrics letter

I guess it sounds like maybe they want to interview the petitioner. There is nothing you can do, so just keep calm and keep on going :)
