McManaman, Krisca, and everyone else in the same situation! I woke up this morning to find an email from USCIS stating that my I-130 has been approved and that I would be getting my approval notice within a few days!!! Hurray! All my worries are gone! :dance:

All of you, please hang in there! I am absolutely convinced that you will also be getting your approvals these days. There is a God up there who sees everything and who is working so that justice will be done to each and every one of you. My petition was approved just 17 days before the expiration of the 5-month processing period.

Congratulations Were you transferred to TSC? And when was your NOA1 date?

11/02/2010 Transferred to TSC
01/13/2011 NOA2 (approved in 5 months and 2 days since NOA1)

Yes, skynaut! I was among those transferred to TSC. My approval came approximately 4 months and a half after NOA1.

So you are an August filer, right?

yeyyy, Im soo happy for you Callina .. finally someone else with good news and the others dont worry you will receive good news very soon...but still it has been almost 20 days since i receive mi aproval letter and i still dont have my case number from the nvc.. I've been calling everyday asking for my case ... and the only answer i get is ... that then dont have my case yet...so im just have to keep waiting ...hopefully all of you will have good news soon .. Take care and continue to maintain the faith.... And again Congrats Callina..!!!!!!

i've reading and it seems that most of the TSC approvals haven't gotten their case numbers. . .i hope im wrong. . .but still really hoping for that magical email and text from USCIS. . .and the magical decision "approved" come on luck Jan 17 make my day on Monday!

Same thing in my case (July 29 priority date and August 25 receipt date). I think the second date is what counts towards the five-month goal but I could be wrong. In any case it's just a goal not a deadline in that USCIS will try to process each case within that time frame but there is no guarantee (as some of us can surly attest to that). Good luck everyone!

u know what effin sucks? them sept onwards filers are getting approved before us. . .it really sucks. . we called them this morning and they were all "mmmm your case was past the 5th month mark and takin so long, pls call us after exactly 61 days from the last letter you've received" they said they couldnt do anything until the 60days from the last letter. . .that sucks! i hate them so much! freakin sucks!

I feel your frustration. We are in the same situation and it sucks but unfortunately there is not much that can be done. You could write to your congressmen and/or any other federal official you think can help but I wouldn't hold my breath especially if you live in a Republican district (you know they love immigrants!).

my frustration increased after seeing yet again another october filer, im happy for them and all but what about us? hmmmm i really don't want to waste my time writing letters since a lot of people are doing it already. . .maybe i'll just keep myself busy with school :thumbs: i hope someone from July-Aug filers gets an approval soon, cmon' TSC! I hate y'all over at the service center right now but if you guys approve us i think im'a start lovin y'all again! :yes: fingers crossed!
