First can someone tell me were I print off the barcoded cover sheet? I have the completed form I-864 completed by me. The I-864A completed by my dad, the sponsor. Letter explaining how I never made enough money etc. to have tax transcripts in the last 3 years. My dads last 3 years of tax trancripts. both of our last 2 paystubs(aos directions state that we must show 2 of our latest paystubs). and thats it, now I am ready to send the AOS package right?

You print it off from the payment portal after it shows paid.

Do you still live w/ your dad? If not, you can't use the I-864A. He would fill out an I-864 also.
