The attorney received my packet today and said there is nothing in it that would cause a red flag.....she said she could see that I tried very hard to put together everything that I thought they would need, but many things were missing. We just need to get together everything they want and send it to them. This is exactly what was in my packet, and I will let you know when I find out what I was missing....if it helps anyone else from going through this then I want to share:)

table of contents with a cover letter included

I-130

birth certificate for me

marriage certificate (English version)

divorce decree for me

G-325A for me with passport photo

G-325A for him with passport photo

10 letters of affidavits with name, DOB, POB, address, phone number

itinerary

boarding passes, luggage tags

insurance card

receipt from consulate

phone records from the time we met until the time I filed

emails from the time we met until the time I filed

chats from the time we met until the time I filed

27 pictures with description of who is in the picture, where we are, date

I didn't put pages of my passport because the guides said to put the petitioner's birth certificate OR all pages of passport

I will post the missing documents when I find out what they are.
