Congrats!!!! I just checked USCIS website and mine says Approved and pend post approval decision..does this mean i am getting closer?

I checked USCIS website and mine still it says Initial Review nothing changed yet so...I'm sure your approved and soon you will receive your hard copy in mail lets see what others reply says.
