Hye, so we have an interview coming up.. After receiving packet 4 for a cr-1.... it mentions that i would need to bring in an AOS along with everything else on the list...

If NVC acknowledges my AOS and it clearly states on the letter, has anyone NOT brought the EXTRA AOS? seems redundant.

Check our timeline I have our whole interview review there. I sent Mhay all the stuff for the AOS, but they never asked for it. (although she didnt have a signed copy of the I-864...I was worried about that, but everything was good) I would make sure you have copies of everything just in case. You never know what they will ask for.

They can ask for anything that you have previously submitted, best to be over prepared than needing something you dont have at the interview.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
