5 days and counting, still no RFE letter :(

Hi everyone. For those who didn't know, my husband and I were notified last Monday that we got an RFE. To make the matters worst, we still didn't get the letter until now. :crying: Is it possible if we call the CSC and ask them to fax the letter? I am anxious since we're given a limited time to send whatever they are asking back to them and the mailing is taking lots of time. If fax won't work, is there any other way we will know what's being requested sooner? I appreciate any advices. Thanks a lot! :)

I'm sorry to hear you got an RFE. (F)

Usually, the USCIS notices arrive in 7-10 days. Five days may be still too early. Sometimes NOA1s and NOA2s take 2 weeks to arrive in the mail.

You most certainly can try to call and ask if they can fax/email your RFE. I highly doubt they would, though.

This is the part that seems to take forever...waiting.

I wish you good luck with your case! Hopefully, you'll get something tomorrow! :thumbs:

I guess we'll just have to wait until next week, the tenth day as you said. If there'd be no letter still, I'll try to call and ask them if they can fax it. Thanks for the reply Markieboy :)
