DS230 Send without Photograph

Dear VJ's,

Another mistake that i have made is I didnt send Principal Applicant & My child Photograph in IV Package to NVC. Is anybody send IV package without photograph & got NVC has completed case. Or Can i send them now without checklist from NVC. Your concern would greatly appreciated.

I hate to tell you this, but I don't think any have successfully processed their DS-230 without the applicant's photos. I believe you will definitely get an RFE for this. You can try calling and speaking to an operator about this. Maybe you can send them before the RFE notice. Otherwise, you will just need to wait for it.

I spoke to NVC today & they said they have received my IV packet & sent out checklist letter for photograph. They said I could send photograph now with cover sheet.

I am hoping by end this month NVC will complete my case if photograph received by Monday..

Another delay for my wife and child(2 months old) photograph. I dont have them here in the USA. My wife sent me photo via email. but walmart or walgreen doesn't print passport size photo(2x2) from CD or other device. Has to be person come in & take the picture. So, My wife has to mail those photograph from Bangladesh via DHL which will take another 4-6 days to receive by NVC. Now I am looking for the Interview in February or March 2011. Thats crazy..Cant wait to see my little boy....& lovable wife..

Walmart and Walgreen may not be able to print 2x2" photos, but they do print 4x6" photos. You would just cut them into 6 2x2" photos.

same thing happend with me my wife mailed me wrong 2x2 photo with blue backgroud. Needed white. so she just emailed me some photos with white background, Went to walgreens and we were good to go. I think i saved about 1 month worth of delay

Thanks for the offer. Unfortunately, My wife sent them VIA DHL on 11/21/2010 at 15:31pm Local Bangladesh time to NVC required address. Hopefully NVC will receive them by this Wednesday.

Thanks! My wife sent those pictures all the way from Bangladesh to NVC, She also gave me tracking number to check the status, Seems like It won't reach before thursday unless NVC closed for thanksgiving. So i am predicting it will reach by NVC next monday.

Thanks!! You know what is funny matter, AVRS is saying received checklis respond on 11/23, please allow 6-8 weeks to review....( photograph was received on 11/24, I am sure they haven't open my mail yet)
