^^^ I know its okay to pick up at the office :)

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Meg will be going for her physical at SLMCEC on January 18th and 19th. She has a chest x-ray that was taken in 2009. I was wondering if she should bring this x-ray with her to her physical, or just rely on the chest x-ray they give at SLMCEC ? They say somewhere in the instructions that if you have a prior x-ray you should bring it with you. Is it just opening a can of worms ?

This is a question I do know for sure. Bring the comparison X-ray if you have it. If something is noticed on a current exam and it exists unchanged from an older exam, it is probably nothing.

Scaring, calcifications, or tissue thickening can cause shadows that appear as other pathologies. Only why to tell sometimes is by reviewing older exams.

I was in Radiology for 18 years.

Hi I have a question, my parents already has an interview schedule and I've read here you need to fill this form in this website: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ScheduleanAppointment.html

To enter document delivery address. Do they have to do this before they go to their medical? They haven't got any schedule for medical but we are planning to have them fly 2 weeks from now to have their medical at St Lukes.

Now, I have my parents try to enter their info on that website to put their delivery address since they already have the interview schedule but we can't seem to proceed. It always gets stuck on the Application Validity Page, it won't accept the password we put on there. What gives?

Anyone having the same problem? Or is it just us? When we put in a password it will give us this red asterisk (invalid message): invalidx.png

Anyone who could shed some light for us, we really appreciate it.

10/13/2010 - @ 3:49 AM CT I RCVD an email from NVC for my Mom's DS-3032

10/13/2010 - @ 5:08 AM CT Emailed NVC to registered our respective Email Add'es.

10/13/2010 - @ 2:47 PM CT Finally got thru to NVC & registered our Email Add'es & Got my Dad's NVC Case#. Yey!

10/14/2010 - Paid AOS fee of $88.00 for Both Parents

10/14/2010 - Emailed DS 3032

10/15/2010 - @ 10:30 PM RCVD an email from NVC for my Dad's ACL Universal

Doing some last minute reviewing, of all paperwork I had concerning this K-1 Process. In her Interview at the US Embassy, does Meg need a local police clearance from her current place of residence, I guess barangay level to city level, or is the NBI Clearance enough ? She has never lived away from Cagayan de Oro on Mindanao since she was 16. I just came accross a post that suggests this. Thank you for any help.

NBI is sufficient. You only need to provide Police Clearances from other countries if you have lived there for more then 6 months. She will just need a NBI clearance dated within the last six months.

01-June-2010 I-129F Filed CSC Finally!!!!! After almost three years and 1 baby! Its a great day!

08-June-2010 NOA1

11-June-2010 'touched'

25-October-2010 NOA2

01-November-2010 NVC Received

03-November-2010 Placed into AP at NVC : (

18-November-2010 Case Sent to Manila 18 days in AP..not too bad!

6-7 December- 2010 Medical at SLCC...PASSED!Thank you Lord!

20-December-2010 Interview, USEM VISA APPROVED!

3-Jan-2011, Visa received

12-Jan-2011, POE SEATTLE WASHINGTON USA

11-Feb-2011, Married in Minneapolis MN : )

Weve been doing follow-up but still no result. :crying: My fiance is coming here on January 20 to talk to the Consul if ever still no update. I want to go with him when he go back to USA on Jan. 27 but I know visa wont be done in just a short period of time. Haaayyyzzzt... :(

Why don't you try going thru a customer service rep. at the call center. I rescheduled my fiancee's interview that way, and it was so easy.

We are about to embark on this part of the process... what is the $18 PIN?

The Embassy call center does not charge $18 any longer to call them in order to book an interview appointment. Since December 1, 2010, the Embassy is using a new call center contractor. Now there is no charge to call and book an interview appointment. Also beginning December 1, 2010, you have the option of booking an interview appointment online. There is no charge for that either.

Guys!!!... My fiance just called the embassy and they said I AM APPROVED NOW! Weeehh! So happy and Thankful to God! :P:dance::star:
