To my knowledge there is no waiver available unless you have a qualifying relative.

Don't think the overstay is long enough to cause you a problem but the working without authorisation might be a big problem.

Removal of Conditions

6/8/2009 Sent I-751.

6/12/2009 Check Cashed

Hello everyone here, Is a waiver needed for an overstay on vwp for lass than a month and worked without authorisation. I am not applying for a k-1 or 3 visa, this is for a B1/2 visa please.

Thank you for your time and good luck to you all in your situation.

There is a waiver for a Visitor Visa.

You have no ban for the overstay, but getting a visa in your circumstances could be interesting.

Which Consulate, they vary.
