K3 APPROVED!!!!

OMG I cant believe it.......As i went to sleep last night i prayed for all of us (as usual) well this morning my prayers were answered!

Even though i am the benerficary, my husband is bad at checking his email. I had the email updates under my name.

This morning i wake up to 3 emails in my inbox telling me we were approved yesterday. I yell through to my mum and as she came in i burst out crying. Its such a relief, I feel like the wait of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.

I had a feeling this was our week, especially after seeing Rob & Melinda was approved yesterday as they got there NOA1 2 days before us.

Its only 4.48am in the US, do i call my husband or let him sleep????

For those of you waiting, your time is coming, hang in there..............

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

Sure !!!!!!!!! wake him up. When I recieved Email, it was 5 am at my wife's local time, I called her, she woke up and we both couldnt sleep again for hours, of course cuz of excitment.

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-05-03: NOA2 (Approved)

2006-06-12: Received and entered into NVC system

2006-07-08: Self Generated DS-3032 and sent to NVC

2006-07-08: Received I-864 bill from attorney

2006-07-11: Paid I-864 bill

2006-07-12: Received IV bill

2006-07-17: Receive I-864 package

2006-07-19: Send back I-864 package

2006-07-19: Pay IV bill (was out on vacation)

2006-07-31: Sent in self-generated DS-230 (after NVC was ready)

2006-08-03: Case being reviewed by NVC (per operator)

2006-09-12: Case sent to New Delhi Consulate

2006-10-04: Emailed Consulate and got Original Interview Date (10/20/06) posponed to April 2007

Congratulations - and wake him up!!! gosh, that would be waaay better than the alarmclock. :D

January 27 2006: submitted and approved I-130 in Copenhagen, Denmark

March 23 2006: Interview, submitted I-601 waiver

May 2 2006: London recieves waiver

August 21 2006: waiver approved woo hoo

October 3 2006: arrived in the US

You see, your approved now! How awesome, how wonderful, MeL and I rejoice with you! :jest::jest:

I was so excited when I received our approval that I called Melinda after she was asleep and told her the good news, and then she couldn't sleep all night! I felt so terrible. My advice is to wait till morning if you dont POP!

We sincerely hope that you get a quick interview and that both of you are finally home here in the US, that is the dream of al of us.

Please pray for us as I have some income issues that may come up at the interview and I am really scared!

Again, wonderful news and we are both so very happy for you!
