im trying to find out if someone can get a waiver to remove conditions if they have married usc and never intended on staying married.. if they have to prove good faith and there are no pictures and only evidence was bank account driver licence address is same but has cheated and left without knowing where they are ?

In that case the US Citizen ought to report this to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and provide evidence to support the allegation(s).

What evidence do you have?
