I have received a mail on November 4 from NVC with my interview date. I called NVC and they told me that all documentation was send to the embassy. Today the embassy has not received the documentation. From my own experience it take only 5 business when sending a package to Burkina Faso on a regular courier.

The embassy has moved to a new location but NVC sent the package to the old location. Can anyone tell me if they had a simular case and how did they fix it? Thank you.

At the consular stage they can say what they want when it comes to them getting the "hard copy" of the file.. I had the date that our case was sent and tracked it knowing when they got it.. it was several weeks later before they admitted they finally had it in hand... in any case, they will eventually get it and log it into the system as recieved... If you call the DoS # they will be able to look in the system to see if the hard copy has been logged in at the consulate...

Call DOS at 202-663-1225. Press 1 then 0 for a live operator.

Prepare to provide your NVC case#, petitioner and beneficiary details too to the operator.

I called NVC tonight. They sent the package to the embassy today. I have tried to track the package by reference by puttin EXP 15 NOV 2010A, but it does not work at all. Can someone help? Thank you.

thank for the info but I have been trying this reference since this morning and it is still not working.

The link is working with the Ref# you provided.

I don't see your country. Do you have the Consulate in the country of your profile or some other consulate where your beneficiary apprears for the interview?

If you don't get proper response from NVC when your file was forwarded to the Consulate, Contact DOS# above to get it clearly.
