If you are planning on applying for a fiance visa, its always advised never to have a date set for the wedding as getting the visa in time is never guaranteed.

Which service center will your I-129F be submitted to??? Have a read of the K-1 guide HERE which will tell you the forms you need plus the documents you will require.

Click HERE to find which Service Center you are required to file with.

Wishing you all the best with your journey and welcome to VJ.

Hi mi illusion st,

In your timeline you have the wedding date as 9/7/2007, this is incorrect or you can not do a K-1. Like aussiewench stated do not set a wedding date because in your visa journey you do not know what is going to happen. Or are you considering doing a K-3 then you can have a set date. Good luck with your visa journey.
