Just found out today Cr1 CASE COMPLETE Aug 21 and got interview for K3 today for Oct 24 in Montreal{5 months after they rec Pkt 3)

Can I use the medical we did for the K3? We won't be doing K3 now (as long as CR1 interview doesn't take 5 months also). The medical has the K3 number on it. I think I saw a post that said we can use that one.

I now have double all the documents for interviews. Wonder what I'll do with 2 birth certificates(plus wallet sized one) and marriage certificates.

yes you can use the K3 medical for the CR1. However, it is only valid one year so your interview and also the entry to the US will have to be before the year is up. I used my K3 medical for my CR1 and instead of the visa being valid for 6 months, it was only valid until the medical expired (one year after it took place). All this means is that you have to enter the US on this visa before the visa expires. Once it has the stamp on it after immigration, you can use it as a temporary greencard till the real one arrives in the mail.
