OK I HOPE I AM POSTING THIS RIGHT ILL START BY SAYING THANKS FOR ANYONE THAT WILL HELP ME I AM BRINGING MY WIFE FROM BRASIL AND NOW AM IN PROCESS OF NVC I JUST 2 WEEKS AGO I SENT MY AFF OF SUPPORT.... MY QUESTION IS SHOULD I OR COULD I SEND THE FIRST PART OF TE DS230 SAME TIME? PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND THE SECOND PART OF THIS QUESTION IS WHAT PAPERS AND PICTURES I NEED TO SEND WITH MY WIFES DS230 OR THIS IS ONLY IN THE II PPART OF THS DS230 THANKS ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

The NVC is a process. So sometime during this process, once your wife has emailed them with a scanned and signed copy of the DS-3032, the NVC will then invoice the fee for the DS-230 (IV Bill). Just as you paid the $88 you will now be able to pay the $404 and then print the cover sheet and turn it in with all the required civil documents. Check the reciprocity page @ www.state.gov to see what they require from Brasil. You can also check the USEM Brasil website and see the documents they require. You will turn this along with your DS-230. Make sure that your wife signs only Part I. However, you will turn both Part I and II in at the same time. Goodluck and I hope this helps. Others will contribute if I have forgotten something. Also, Loto has a wiki for spouse so search for it and become acquainted with it.

10-28-10: Received IIN, dithering around instead of paying the fee

10-30-10: DS3032 Kit and I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment; In Process

11-03-10: I-864 AOS status 'PAID"; printed cover sheet and mailed I-846EZ package

11-04-10: I-864EZ AOS received and signed by N. Visa Center

11-05-10: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment

11-17-10: AOS entered into the system

12-03-10: IV fee paid ($404); In Process

12-06-10: DS-230 IV status 'PAID',

12-07-10: IV package mailed out

12-08-10: DS-230 IV package delivery; signed by N. Visa Center

12-14-10: DS230 entered into system; yay

12-29-10: SIF

12-30-10: Case Completed @ NVC

Total days @ NVC:79 I-130 to Case Complete 249 days

Consulate

08-25-11: Consulate Interview Schedule

10-20-11: Interview 8:30AM Need Co-sponsor

11-17-11: Visa granted

12-09-11: Picked up visa from Accra Consulate
