Hello all

i'm not able to type, coz i'm simply happy that BOTH I-129f & I-130 approved in the same day august, 21th !!! kicking.gif kicking.gif i still can't believe it... oh, Thank you my God

At this moment, we are soooo excited that we can't focus what way should we choose (I-129F? OR I-130? or both???) !! what do you suggest us?

What papers, forms, etc. should my husband (petitioner) send me to Morocco?

I still need your suggestions & helpsmilie.gif (especially JVM going thru Morocco)

wish best luck for the rest of VJ members

MAUBROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT WAIT FOR OUR DAY! I WOULD JUST RIDE EM BOTH AND WHICHEVER ONE GETS THE INTERVIEW FIRST...... I THINK THATS WHAT I SEE PEOPLE DOING ON HERE, IF I SHOULD EVER CHECK MY STATUS ONLINE AND SEE AN APPROVAL, I'M NO DROPPING THE OTHER UNTIL THE VERY LAST MINUTE, HONESTLY, I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY IT COSTS TO KEEP THEM BOTH UP AND RUNNING. SOMEBODY CAN FILL YOU IN BETTER THAN ME.

AGAIN CONGRATULATIONS AND GOOD LUCK WITH EVERTHING ELSE.......

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!

Congrats!

Both of my petitions were approved as well. With the I129F all you have to do is send your husband the completed I-134 and its supporting matierials i.e W-2's and tax return. With the I-130 you will receive a bill in the mail from the NVC for your aff. of support which must be sent back to them.

My case left the NVC over a week ago but it is next to impossible to get someone on the phone in Casa to tell me if they have it and when they are sending it to my husband. Instead I get transferred to a long message and sent FAQ's email.

Jerseygal, i want just to tell you that I'm the beneficiary (i'm typing my topics from Morocco), my husband is in USA :)

yes, i tried once to call the consulate in USA in Casa, but none answered... why don't you send them an other email !!

i'll check your timeline from time to time so as to have an idea about the process thru casa...

Good luck

It depends on which one gets to the consulate first.....if the I-130 gets there before the I-129 that will process first.....as I understand. If I am wrong...somebody correct me.

Atif had his K-3 interview.....it to get the $$ together for the IV-AOSupport processing bill.

Also, I got notice of the I-129-f on Nov 16 and the NOA2 for the I-130 on Nov 26.
