Hello all

i'm not able to type, coz i'm simply happy that BOTH I-129f & I-130 approved in the same day august, 21th !!! :dance::dance: i still can't believe it... oh, Thank you my God

At this moment, we are soooo excited that we can't focus what way should we choose (I-129F? OR I-130? or both???) !! what do you suggest us?

What papers, forms, etc. should my husband (petitioner) send me to Morocco?

I still need your suggestions & :help:

Removing condition

5/13/09 : sent I-751 package to Vermont Center

check cashed : 5/22//09

NOA1 received : 5/26/09

Biometric Letter dated 5/29/09

Biometric Appointment: 6/25/09

touched: 6/26/09

9/30/09: got an email from USCIS. Production of the card has been ordered.

10/07/09: Got 10 years GC in mail

Wow, the big guy upstairs is certainly smiling on you. Don't worry, you don't have to choose right now. You can let both progress and see which one gets an interview first. Or, you can decide you want to enter with greencard in hand, and will wait for the CR-1 interview (assuming it takes a bit more time than a K3 interview). Check with others from your part of the world on wait times.

Sit tight. I believe that both petitions now go to NVC, and once they're forwarded to the Embassy, you'll each get the next set of forms.

Congratulations!

Jersey already gave you some good advice. Just let the I-130 and I129F ride together and see which one gets to the Embassy first. Most likely the I-129F will be there much faster, but hey who knows, anything can happen in the wide world of the visa journey.

November 6th, 2006, Melinda and I are back home in Winslow Arizona loving Life!

July-2007-Niall finishes work & comes home!!!

We had delays in our journey that were not part of the immigration process, please do not use our "timeline" as an accurate guide!

yes, i think that it's still early to decide which path we will fellow... but WHEN EXACTLY do we have to take the decision? i.e K-3? OR CR-1?

and i read somewhere that a person can enter the US, and stay for a couple of weeks and then come back to his/her country to take the CR-1 interview? can anybody plz explain me this option? ... well, if it's option really possible, of course!!

i'm really confused... and i need your suggestion at this moment of dilemma :help:
