Change of Address

I'm not exactly sure which forum to post this question, but I am wondering if I am required to let USCIS know whenever my wife moves. I.e. from one city to another. She is a permanent resident. Additionally, do I also need to let USCIS know when I move/am I still considered a petitioner?

As a permanent resident she has to let them know every time her adress changes, and as long as the I-864 (Affidavit of support) the sponsor also is required to notify them if their adress changes.

PR files an AR-11, can be done online.

Sponsor files an I-865, has to be snailmailed.

I have done this once already but is there any way to know if USCIS received the notification?

I received a NOA stating that they received my change of address when I mailed in my I-865 recently. Keep that for your records! I submitted my hubby's change of address online and printed the confirmation page!

i never got one. so i guess i have to redo it again.
