No response yet but I am still working on it. I'm in SoCal so the Immigration issue only gets attention if it is about ILLEGALS.

Yeah, I think that applys to us here in Maryland, too. That's why I think we would have more luck with conservative media types like Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly and the people at Fox News that you suggested. I tried to stress to them in my letters that they should stick up for us because the liberal media won't nor will anybody else because they only care about illegal immigrants. Hopefully we hear back from them cause we need some :help: here. We have no voice in America right now.

07-10-2010: I-130 application submitted

11-02-2010: Cases Transferred to Texas

11-24-2010: Both cases touched

01-17-2011: Got pissed off and wrote letter to Congressman Sarbanes

01-19-2011: Received response from Congressman telling us the case had been assigned to an officer and to wait 45-60 days.

01-27-2011: NOA2? FINALLY!!!

02-08-2011: Case sent to NVC

NVC

02-10-2011: NVC Case Numbers received

02-10-2011: Received email form Consulate in Managua stating that they would request our case from NVC so that we can do all the NVC paperwork with the Consulate and skip the NVC processing wait.

NOT sure this was meant to be funny....but LOL......your first sentence IS so true.....UGGHHHHH.......I am still very sure we will be approved in the next few weeks.....the BUNCH of us......PLEASE GOD!!

sad thing is we've had to have serious talks about what we want done with our bodies if something happens (i want him shipped to me).

and yes, haiti is one location we are considering... travel is difficult for me because of medical issues but i am seeing drs to see if this can be done. his father wants us to go somewhere, thank God he is supportive of us and our marriage. IDK what we would do without him... my husband would not be able to survive over there without his father; MIL and one BIL have made life complete nightmare.

the ultimate would be approval of i-129F so he can just come here as planned

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

TOTALLY understand your pain there SqdGns. We have that same expedite approval document, but dated 26th November also. It really is so very difficult to know what to do. No one is listening, BUT, I AM HOPEFUL that Officer Garza's emails meant something, and we will be approved on Monday morning.

THE sad thing is, had we been in CSC when we applied for expedite, both of us would have been in the USA with a CR1 now. As it is, we have yet to get to the NVC even after the TSC approval.

Just hang on in there, and keep doing what you're doing.

Best of luck

Maybe we all should create Twitter accounts and start bombarding USCIS:

http://twitter.com/USCIS

We should also start following major media outlets with out Twitter account as well and hit them up.

It's not worth much, but I'll say it nonetheless- I truly hope your son gets to the States very soon. I completely understand your concern- pneumonia and bronchitis are certainly not easy to deal with.

Really, all the best this coming week.

I just found out that United Airlines and AT&T had our petitions transferred from CSC to TSC. Well, mine anyway. OK, well they obviously had the motive.

i am completely lost on what this means.... ???

is yours a work related petition?? (that's only thing i could think this meant)

I know it's a little late, but congrats Jellybelly!

Took me awhile to figure out you changed your name :P I was trying to add your approval on the spreadsheet, but there wasn't any Jellybelly, just a jillybean1717. Finally figured it out that was you :)

late to the party too... congrats!

The terrorist have won...................they made made our government impotent.

i agree... they succeeded in their goal of terrorizing  and basically taking our freedom!

the only thing add'l rules and regulations have done is cost illegals more money to get here, WE USC ARE NO MORE SECURE OR SAFE THAN WE WERE BEFORE 9/11

In the December jobs report, the nation lost 85,000 jobs from the economy.*

Furthermore, the report shows only modest private-sector job growth and offers slim hope that the nation's 15 million unemployed are going to find relief anytime soon.**

I think this is one of perhaps a few other reasons news media outlets won't cover our story.
