Hi all . I've been following this thread for a friend of mine who is a July filer that was transferred to TSC. I was checking timelines and noticed that Nab updated hers, with NOA2 for I129f received 1/30/11. It's not updated on the spreadsheet, so I just wanted to let everyone know and also say congrats to Nab. I hope this means more good news is coming for everyone else!

CONGRATS to Nab - another approval. Looking at nabs time line, it seems that the I130 isn't noted, so I am guessing that both petitions were approved?

Interesting to note that if the date is right, then TSC were batch processing on a Sunday.

Good news everyone! Another person (mikec717) just got an NVC number today! That now makes 3 people that have gotten to NVC. Only took 39 days, better than the previous 46 and 49 days, but still pretty bad.

Dang, Saylin beat me to the punch! Yes, 39 days for me to get my number. I blame that on TSC taking for flippin' ever to ship. So far in my speaking to NVC all the reps have been very kind and very very helpful. When I called on Friday the rep told me they had just received it and absolutely insisted that I call back today to give them my wife's and my email addresses. I called today and the first thing the rep did was ask for the email addresses and then asked how she could help me. I'll update you guys as to how long it takes to get my Invoice which they did not have yet. Hopefully NVC is on top of their game and we can leave the frustrations of Texas behind us. Good luck to everyone!

I say congratulations to you, Mike. You just dunno how you bring out hope in my family today. Every approval, and everytime someone gets through NVC in this thread is a celebration in my family. When I announced- "someone from TSC got through NVC!!", my husband said YES!!!

Just got a call from our Congressman's office. And just like most of you, they are asking us to sign- I guess something abt Release of Information- for all it's worth, and to exhaust all means, I wish it will do miracles.

In our case, it was that our lawyer advised it and we were naive. Can't answer for the others.
