NVC PROCESS

Mar 4, 2011 - hubby got NVC notice

April 3, 2011 - paid AOS online, emailed choice of agent

April 6, 2011 - AOS status PAID - NVC acknowledged choice of agent thru email

April 18 2011- paid IV bill online

May 18, 2011 - Send AOS Package

May 26, 2011 - Send DS230

June 1, 2011 - received email from NVC stating that our AOS lacks something is this RFE?

July 9, 2011 - mailed required docs for RFE

July 21, 2011 - called NVC and AVR said RFE again bt we havent rcvd any mail from them

Jul.21,2011- SIGN IN FAILED

Jul 24,2011-called NVC and AVR stated CASE COMPLETED on Jul 20

Aug.24-25, 2011 - Medical at st.Lukes...PASSED!!!!!!!!!!

SEPT 12, 2011 - INTERVIEW SCHED at US EM MANILA......PASSED

SEPT. 16,2011 - VISA ON HAND

..all my bags are packed im ready to go..yaaaayyyy!!!!!

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Hey guys I wanted to share with you what we have just got: Post Decision Activity On January 13, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

We ARE APPROVED!!!!

Good luck to all of you and things have really started moving at TSC, you will get good news soon too! Thank God!! ;)

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

Maybe the fastest way to get things moving would be to ship the most important family member of every agent in the TSC to another country and not allow them to return until every transferred I-130 is completed and received by the NVC.....

I am SO FRUSTRATED with the USCIS. I do feel we'll all be getting approvals soon though....June July and August. Gut feeling here and from being on the phone with senators, USCIS peeps,congrressmen, anyone who will listen to me....UGGHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm an early July filer... July 8th NOA1... transferred 11/2 and last touched 11/29... happy for the August filers getting approved at TSC but pretty frustrated... oh and also was approved for expedite on 12/17. same ol' story, i know...

on other things i post i post what i KNOW... on this i am posting what i THINK....

because of working in offices with cutoffs i have this theory: they began with last dated petitions first to boost their stats. bear with me...

rather than take the june filers and process those on Nov 24/26th (isnt that the date they showed input into system?) which would be 5 months and give them (TSC) basically 4-5 months of working full steam and being right at the 5 month processing time the entire time (Nov they would process June; Dec they would process July; Jan they would process August and so on), doing it this way makes them look like TSC is GREAT.

they process the handful of Oct (wooohoo arent they fantastic! 1-2month processing time!)....

they process Sept. (and a few August??) in Dec... looking awesome! arent they incredible? 3 months processing time! everyone is happy, no one is griping cause no one out of processing till now and only a few end of June stranglers

Jan. they process August... maybe a few days over the 5 month time period but goodness! what's the complaint people?they're right on schedule! :innocent: right? :P

Feb. they process us July filers (i hope) :unsure: .... at 7 months that's very bad but hey, what do you expect? this got dumped on them and there's only a few of us. by the time we have begun to throw a ####### storm they're beginning to process us and can answer any inquiries.

anyway.. this is just MY theory... i've seen sneaky things from lazy co-workers who would rather switch the week something came in than just do the claim and i'm seen supervisors worry more about employee stats than the actual work getting done in the order it should been. the more i see here the more i believe that's what has been done to us, so i DO believe we will be approved by Feb but i'm angry because my husband should have been here by Feb.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
