Yes, for what it's worth, I don't believe a word, as we have had approvals. What annoys me is that TSC had the nerve to "hoodwink" our senator into thinking WE were the ones who were at fault for complaining too early. It has delayed our senators urgency on the case due to incorrent info from TSC.

However, we have her FULL attention now.

I just get the impression however, that NO ONE can get through and do anything here, and THAT is very frustrating!

I'm a watching for outcome from you, from yer Senator's ILS person. I hope you get some movement this week, really !

this 'movement to TSC' has turned into a boondoggle.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I noticed no more approvals yesterday, or today on here.

From reading here, it seems like CSC :bonk: transferred 36000 I-130s to TSC. Looking at the spreadsheet of people who got transferred to TSC from visajourney, we can see we are about less than hundred. So even if we didn't see anybody from visajourney getting approved, i would like to assume some of those 36000 did get approved in two days (at least i hope so :innocent: ).

For people who have already got their approvals: can you guys please check like 5 receipt number before and after your receipt number. I would like to see if those cases also got approved on the same day as your (if they did). I would just like to know if TSC is taking batch of files to work on or is it just random.

Yah right, I think they meant to say, " Speed up the process of EVERYONE else."

Interesting idea. While I'm not approved yet, it's about 50/50 initial review/post-decision activity in the neighborhood around my receipt number. I don't think you'll get any useful information that way.

Thank you very much for all of the information you have provided. The Laurel Scott forum is invaluable and I have contacted the AILA liaison which I did not know of before I read the transcript. I had already contacted the AILA advocacy director, but hoping the AILA TSC liaison will be more receptive to the issues we are experiencing.

I have also bombarded TSC (NVC says they cannot help me) with emails and the NCSC with calls. Second Infopass appointment next Tues and second Ombudsman letter in the works. I even wrote to President Obama tonight. Running out of ideas. None of the 6 national news organizations I've contacted have responded yet. Congresswoman has not responded yet. Senators wrote back punting me to Congresswoman's office, but I am going to contact all of them again.

6 months and 16 days for me...out of patience. If anyone else has new ideas on who to contact, please post.

Nov 2, 2010 Transfer from CSC to TSC

Nov 23, 2010 Post-decision activity (error)

Dec 9, 2010 NOA2 - Approval (Congresswoman intervened)

I have raised service requests 3 times, and got different responces from the great people.

first: YOUR CASE IS BEING PROCESSED AND AT THIS TIME VISA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CASE.

(what...........)

Second: WE ARE ACTIVELY PROCESSING YOUR CASE, AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF WE NEED ANY FURTHER INFO.

Third: YOUR CASE IS UNDER REVIEW AND WILL BE ASSIGNED TO ADJUDICATION ONCE IT IS DONE.

What I figure out here is TSC was working until november end and more or less all the files are been processed (remember we all have 4-5 touches in november end), but they have not adjudicated a single one, so once they wake up they can approve all the files quickly, but god knows when.

Also contacted congressman and senators,

Congressman told me to wait for 30 days to get responded by USCIS, and those 30 days are up and no responce from USCIS.

Senators are useless

Has anyone tried Ombdusman? How is he working and effective?

Do we have an option to reapply I-130 at this time ?

What will happen if we submit I-129F at this time ? Will it stay to CSC or move to TSC?

I sent a letter out to him last week haven't heard back yet but will post soon as i do.

Contacted my congressman in Los Angeles he said he will have a answer from

his TSC laison by Friday 5 PM Pacific Time.

He checked and seen my NOA-1 has expried and exceeded the 5 month mark,

he said if I wasnt past the 5 month mark they wont even check or do anything

for you until 5 months after your NOA-1.

lucky I scanned and attached my copy so he could verify it.

So will let you all know once I know also.

Also sent a letter to the white house and the President letting him know

about TSC and the situation being tax payers and US veteran.

Everybody needs to be doing it and sending and sending and sending, it's

the only way to get somebody attention not a handfull.

Needs to be 100's of you all if you want any action taken.

I also submitted my 2 other I-130 for my wifes 2 children on January 2nd

Still waiting my NOA-1 they recieved it already 12 days no responce yet.

Good Luck

It's pleasing to see so much action now. The only way to get people's attention is to pester and push.

We contacted the Whitehouse a while ago, and I think we actually got a call from someone. Unfortunately, we were left a voice mail, and now can't get back in touch.

People are on expedite, people are over five months. It is a ridiculous situation, and what makes matters MUCH worse and leads to even more stress is the bizarre mails and letters we are getting. No one likes being on a sinking ship if the captain doesn't know what he is doing!

What angers me most in OUR case, is that TSC had the nerve to tell our Senator's liaison officer that we hadn't even applied until November 24th and we shouldn't even be asking questions. Our senator then lost interest until we FINALLY got through to her and faxed her our NOA1 hard copy dated 24th July and expedite approval dated 26th November..

The whole system is broken from the top downwards and needs fixing.

I'm with you U & S, DanTes and Ilovingyou2. We need to make people aware of this, and THEN action may be taken.
